Leading GenAI delivery governance for a multi-site U.S. health system, across clinical AI decision support, LLM-powered patient intake, and self-service compute provisioning. Right now the center of gravity is stabilizing a workstream I took over mid-flight, and getting a compute release scoped tight against a hard November deadline.
Took ownership of a third concurrent workstream, closed out a technical baseline handoff on another, and built the resource-allocation model the account now runs its governance conversations against.
How to keep governance credible when the delivery team is rotating faster than the client can absorb the change. Consistency has to come from the artifacts, not from any one person staying in the room.
